NatWest’s business credit card and onecard have a requirement of an annual turnover under £2 million.
Their Business Plus credit card has a requirement of an annual turnover under £6.5 million.

NatWest Credit Card Reviews
NatWest features on most of the leading customer review sites and the reviews are overall fairly poor. Trustpilot has the greatest number of customer reviews with the poorest score with 84% of reviewers scoring them as bad. The negative comments include long phone wait times, branch reductions, poor communications, problematic internet banking, issues accessing the account, problems dealing with the complaints and fraud team.
Reviews.co.uk and Review Centre reviews are a bit higher than the Trustpilot scores but they are still poor. When asked if they would recommend NatWest, only 13% of Reviews.co.uk reviewers would and 19% of Review Centre reviewers would. Smart Money People’s reviews are overall a bit higher rated but still only receive an average rating.
A customer survey conducted by Which? on banking providers ranked NatWest around the middle of all providers and they had a customer score of 67%. Customers scored them out of 5 for their service and they received 4 out of 5 for customer service, online banking, telephone banking, communications, mobile app and benefits. Other aspects such as the handling of complaints and transparency of charges were scored 3 out of 5 and service in-branch only 2 out of 5.
