Time Finance (formerly Intelligent Loans) is an independent finance provider specialising in asset finance, invoice finance, loans, asset-based lending and vehicle finance. This lender has been operating since 2010 and was bought by 1pm plc (also rebranded as Time Finance) in March 2017, an SME finance group.

Secured business loans

Time Finance provide secured loans between £35,000 and £250,000 on a short or long term basis. Loans are available to homeowners, property investors and landlords, businesses, pension trustees, charities, and trusts. Repayment terms are from 3 months to 5 years. To be eligible, your business must be actively trading and expanding and the directors must be homeowners.

Unsecured business loans

Unsecured finance is available to businesses with at least 2 years of trading history. £10,000 to £25,000 is available over 3 months to 5 years. Loans are flexible and structured around your business and what it wants to repay.

VAT loans

VAT loans are available from £10,000 to £50,000 over 3 months and an arrangement fee applies.

Asset finance

They offer asset finance for a range of asset purchases include hard assets such as construction, equipment, machinery and vehicles, and soft assets such as office furniture, kitchens, software, shop fittings and audiovisual & IT hardware. They offer hire purchase, finance lease and asset-based lending.

Invoice finance

Time Finance offers disclosed and confidential invoice finance to their customers which can release up to 90% of the value of outstanding invoices and can be available within 24 hours.

Vehicle finance

Time Finance offers vehicle finance products for cars and vans for businesses. They offer solutions for single vehicles or for fleets of vehicles allowing you to spread the cost of your vehicles over time. They can also assist you in source vehicles.

There are no reviews available for Time Finance as it has been recently rebranded from Intelligent Loans, however, there were only a handful of reviews for them but they were positive in most cases.
