Invoice Finance
Invoice finance provides businesses with a flexible funding source that allows them to realise the cash tied up in unpaid invoices. They release up to 90% of the invoice value within 24 hours of sharing the issued invoice with them and then they will collect the payment on your behalf and pay the balance minus fees. Suitable for limited companies including startups with a turnover of £350,000 to £15 million.
Invoice Discounting
Invoice discounting also offers a flexible source of funding from unpaid invoices up to 90% of their value. It operates in a similar way to invoice finance but customers pay into a trust account in your business name so that the customer is unaware of the service. This is suitable for businesses that have a turnover above £2 million and have a 2 year trading history. They offer funding between £250,000 and £2.5 million.
