Allied Irish Bank Credit Card Reviews
Allied Irish Bank has reviews on 3 review sites which are overall fairly low rated by reviewers. The reviews cover all of their products which means they include personal banking and finance products as well as business products so they might not reflect the service provided by their credit cards.
Trustpilot reviews are very negative with 84% rating the bank as bad with some of the reasons cited being that the telephone service has long waiting times, the app is problematic, that it is difficult to speak to someone and customer service is poor when you do. Those that rated them positively commented that they received good account management and customer service.
The other 2 review sites, Review Centre and Smart Money People, only have a small number of reviews and these are fairly low rated and feedback is mixed based on the customer service they received and the systems they have accessed.
