Pros & Cons
The following pros and cons come from Trustpilot and other third-party review sites from around the web.
Pros
- Having a full-service suite allows you the small business owner to focus on the objectives of your business. While not putting you in the business of an accountant and human resources department. FMP Payrite, does all that for you with one simple suite of tools all easily managed in their platform. Therefore, this point here should be a sufficient reason for you to consider such service as you and I both are aware, that business is tough, and adding more concerns to your plate is not going to bring the dollars any closer. Thus, take it from me a small businessman from New York to Arizona, this is the software you need to take your business to another level.
- Payroll can be a challenging, and ongoing problem. But having good software solves that problem, time and time again.
- Manages your payroll benefits compliance in one system. Allows for multiple integration with existing softwares. not very expensive used by one of my start up firms I worked for a stint of 6 months
Cons
- I believe the software, along with the site does appear to be a bit dated. Thus, it may sway a potential customer from engaging with this business or questioning the legitmancy. Although, the service itself is amazing!
- Like any software, there is a learning curve to get up and running.
- Not all features are very good like integration is not seemless it takes some effort to get it plugged with existing systems
