Nucleus Commercial Finance Business Finance

Business Loans

Offers small business loans of £3,000 to £20 million with secured or unsecured options are available on terms of 3 months to 7 years. Unsecured loans are available up to £250,000 on terms up to 5 years.

Business Cash Advance

Your business can borrow up to 175% of its monthly card transactions, from £3,000 to £2 million. There’s no fixed repayment amount of period. Instead, a percentage of your customer card payments will be taken automatically by Nucleus until the cash advance is repaid. The cash will be released within a few days.

Property Finance

A secured business loan of £25,000 to £20 million, secured on residential or commercial property with terms of up to 7 years. This finance isn’t specifically for raising finance to fund property projects, it’s multi-purpose business finance secured on property.

Cash Flow Finance

An unsecured commercial loan of £10,000 to £250,000 repaid over 3 months to 5 years. Cash flow finance can be used to pay for new premises, unexpected bills, new staff, and general growth. Loans under £75,000 have to be repaid within 3 years.

Invoice Finance

Release the funding tied up in your unpaid invoices to fund your business growth. They offer up to 100% invoice value with borrowing facilities from £100,000 to £50 million. This revolving cash facility allows you to enhance your cash flow and reduce the issue of late payments.

Asset-Based Lending

Asset-based lending enables businesses to raise funds against their assets including machinery and plant, stock, property and invoices. They provide funding from £100,000 to £50 million and will fund up to 100% of the invoice value.

Nucleus Commercial Finance’s online reviews are mixed. Trustpilot reviews are largely positive with 90% of reviewers scoring them 5/5. Google Reviews and Smart Money People reviews are more mixed, reviewers are happy with the efficient customer service, while others think their interest rates are too high and staff don’t respond to queries quickly enough.
