Mansfield Building Society is an independent mutual organisation offering a range of banking products. Established in 1870 in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, the Building Society offers savings and mortgage products for both personal and business customers and landlords. There are four branches throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Mansfield Building Society offers 2 business savings accounts:

Business Deposit 90 Day Notice

This savings account requires you to give 90 days notice to access your money whether that is a withdrawal, transfer or closure. The account has a minimum balance of £1,000 and an interest rate of 0.25% which is paid annually on 31 December. You can access the account by post or through a branch.

Business Deposit 180 Day Notice

This savings account has 180 days notice for withdrawals, transfers and closures. The minimum account balance is £1,000 and the interest rate is 0.35% with interest paid annually on 31 December. The account can be accessed via post or by a branch.

Mansfield Building Society Business Finance

Mansfield Building Society also offers business mortgages that are designed for landlords and accommodation owners. They offer buy to let mortgages and holiday let mortgages which are available for a range of properties.

Online reviews are written by both business and personal customers. Smart Money People reviews are very positive on the whole. Many mortgage customers think the service is helpful and efficient, however, a few customers are unhappy with slow service and claim the rates aren’t competitive.
