Mortgages from Landbay are available up to £1 million at fixed rates from 3.29%. An LTV of 75% is available. Everything is done online. You’ll receive an offer-in-principle instantly and a decision-in-principle and full mortgage application within 2 days.

Both fixed and tracker mortgages are available. Rates are fixed for either 2 or 5 years. An admin fee will apply to all mortgages.
