Bridging Loans

Bridging loans are a form of short term finance. Businesses investing in property can borrow finance to cover immediate costs and help the deal go through before full development finance is available.

Hope Capital has three bridging loans to choose from. Bridging loans of £100,000 to £5 million are available (up to 75% LTV) from Hope Capital. Interest rates start at 0.39% per month and all arrangement and broker fees will be agreed upfront. Repayment will be over a period of up to 24 months.
